Description
Authentic 1970s retro Portal Publications Calories Lithograph Poster Art. Designed and illustrated by renowned mid-century graphic artist Jane Oka, this large, colorful chart features a whimsical, psychedelic-style grid layout categorizing common foods and their calorie/cholesterol contents.
The poster is packed with charming illustrated headings for every major food category, including Vegetables, Fruits, Breads, Soups, Beverages, Dairy Products & Eggs, Cholesterol, Desserts, Poultry, Beef/Lamb/Pork, and Seafood. Rendered in a quintessentially '70s palette of avocado green, mustard yellow, burnt orange, and deep pink tones, this piece is beautifully preserved in a substantial, warm-toned natural wood frame.
