Description
Vintage Dorothy Thorpe Sterling Silver Band 3-Bowl Condiment Server. A spectacular find for collectors of Mid-Century Modern barware, this complete caddy showcases the iconic minimalist elegance that made Thorpe’s California studio world-famous.
The set features three matching, round clear glass serving bowls, each meticulously finished with Dorothy Thorpe’s signature wide, polished sterling silver deposit outer rim band. The bowls fit seamlessly into a clean, minimalist silver-toned metal wire framework supported by small ball feet. The crowning jewel of the piece is the gorgeous, stylized sculptural clear glass ribbon loop handle winding gracefully up from the center axis. This iconic server is perfect for staging cocktail garnishes on a vintage bar cart, or serving upscale relishes, nuts, and candies at your next dinner party.
