Vintage Ming style Tansu step chest or storage cabinet. Made from beautiful elm with traditional staircase form. The cabinet is double sided with intricate pierced fretwork and brass hardware. Features 4 exterior dovetailed drawers, a large central cabinet divided by shelf with two interior drawers and two smaller cabinets along the outer staircase. The cabinet is double sided allowing it to be used in the center of a room. The left section can be used along the to top of the center to create a full staircase. A fun addition to any space.
