A stunning 19th Century Mantel Clock. The works (C.1855) by Japy Freres, and the case by Gay Vicarino & Co. A gorgeous slate base mounted by a bronze figure featuring Jesus teaching a child. The clock is footed and rests along marble. Porcelain face covered in glass with beveled edge. Stamped on the back of the works. A magnificent piece for any setting.
Condition
Good Antique Condition - Chimes; Crack in Glass Along Back; Missing Pendulum; Scratches/Stains. Some chipping to the right circle on the face. Marble base is a later addition.See Pictures for best description
