Description
Pair of antique Gothic Style pricket sticks showcases the raw beauty and exceptional durability of historic, hand-wrought ironwork. Standing at a commanding floor height, these architectural altar candlesticks feature classic, sharp top pricket spikes nestled within shallow, hand-hammered wax drip pans designed to hold massive pillar or ceremonial candles. The slender, tapered central shafts are punctuated by a simple decorative knop transition, which elegant down-swept tripod legs flow out from. The legs arch gracefully outward into a wide, heavily weighted circular base accented with traditional scrolled strap-work feet
