An impressive Early 20th century Italian Baroque Rococo dining table, circa 1920s. Features a serpentine form with reverse painted black glass top showcasing hand painted foliate over a matchbook veneer walnut burl frieze. The table apron is trimmed in petite 's' scrolls and centered around a central pierced foliate. The table is supported by cabriole legs with acanthus carvings above the knees and scrolled feet. Great for use as a dining, breakfast table or a stately office desk and library table.
