Monumental Fabulous Super Terrific 18th Century English Georgian Manchester grandfather 8 day clock. Exceptional flame mahogany case featuring an open pediment scrolled crown with brass rosettes and ornate finials, which houses a sun and moon face with roman numerals and painted figures. There is a man reading a book with a cow / bull, a man drinking with a turkey, a man with a lion, and a man reading a scroll. The clock case features fluted corinthian columns capped and footed with brass and paneled accents.

Condition

Good working condition, wear and distressing from age, splitting, veneer wear, trim loss. upper right corner of clock face door missing piece at hinge, no keys.
