Vintage acrylic landscape oil painting on canvas board titled "Glen Rogers, West Virginia, 1927" by Rev. Wallace V. York. Depicts a landscape view of Glen Rogers with the large smokestack from the power generators. The red building is the hotel. This was the most productive coal mine in West Virginia. This piece was painted by Rev. Wallce York circa 2007 to be a door prize at Glen Rogers High School class renuion for the students that graduated 1950-1951. Signed, lower right. Beveled wood frame.
