The artworks title is 'Flirtatious Lover' or 'A Flirt' and the original was painted during the 18th Century by Kitagawa Utamaro (1753-1806) in a series of Ten Studies in Female Physiognomy. This example is executed in oil, painted on canvas with gold frame.
