"Dominick & Haff was an American silver manufacturer based in New York City. It originated as William Gale & Son in 1862. Succeeded by William Gale Jr (1866), William Gale Jr & Co (1867), Dominick & Corning (1867), Gale & Corning (1869), Gale Dominick & Haff (1870). It finally became Dominick & Haff with the partnership of Henry Blanchard Dominick and Leroy B. Haff in 1872, and was incorporated in 1889.
