Obverse: the head of a Native American, facing right, with feathers and braids in his hair; the year on his shoulder; the word “Liberty” on the edge by his eyes. Reverse: a buffalo/bison, facing left; the words “United States of America” along the top edge, “Five Cents” centered on the bottom edge, and “E Pluribus Unum” above the bison’s back. Years included: 1925-D, 1930, 1935, and 1936.
