John Stuart was an iconic designer who started his roots in 1934 with high-end Designer Showrooms in Grand Rapids, Michigan. They specialized in Early English, Georgian, American, and French Revivals and reproductions, as well as Modern residential furniture made from Grand Rapids factories. The company remained in business until 1956. Around that time he began designing furniture for companies such as Mt. Airy and Finn Juhl.

This beautiful Queen Anne dining table was designed by him during his time working for Mt. Airy Furniture in the 1960s. Made from a distressed walnut with a round extendable top and cabriole legs. Part of an entire dining room suite from an estate in Dayton, Ohio

Good Overall Condition. A beautiful walnut grain along the top. Some finish loss to the feat, and a nick and veneer piece missing along leafs. The legs to this table are not removable
