Jean-Baptiste Germain was active and lived in France, and is known for sculpting. Available here are two gorgeous high relief marble wall plaques. Made in the 70's from a composition of marble and resin. One is named Tribute to Bacchus, showing a scene with a bust of Bacchus, putti nymph and satyr. Signed along the lower left 1869. The other is unnamed, however also signed. Each has a bracket along the back for hanging
